In 1881 he was living at 11 Lady Mead, St.Michael, Bath, Somerset with his parents and 2 sisters. He was 6 years old and a Scholar. Also living there were 3 lodgers - George Wolf, aged 22, unmarried, a Butcher from Bath, Frank Lambourne, aged 20, a Butcher from Bath and George Lambourne, aged 18, a Fly(?) Driver from Bath. There Servant was Alice Roberts, aged 15 from Radstock, Somerset.

In 1891 he was living at 5 Bellmead Place, Lyncombe and Widcombe, Somerset, the home of Ellen Kamber, aged 50, a widow, a Laundress from Yeovil, Somerset and her 2 daughters and 2 sons - Ellen aged 18 a Domestic Servant, Ada aged 14 a Domestic Servant, Herbert aged 9, a Scholar and Ernest aged 2. All from Bath. Clement was their lodger. He was 19 years old, single and a Mason.
